It’s common for people to think they need to clear things out before consulting with an Estate Sale Company. We strongly encourage people to wait. Often times people remove items that may hold significant value such as old clothing, “clutter “ and regular household items. It is fine to dispose of food, broken items and actual garbage but wait on the rest. One person’s trash is another’s treasure.
